Plate design combining the established principles of round hole and compression plates. These plates are particularly suitable for a fracture or osteotomy scenario where one fragment is significantly smaller, (more distal/proximal) than the other. The round holes provide greater screw stability, and allow for more screws to be placed, in the smaller fragment, whilst compression can still be applied from the longer segment.
