SURGERY

Standard dressing and towel forceps Dressing and towel forceps are surgical forceps designed for specific purposes in medical practice. These forceps are typically used to handle dressings, gauze, and towels. Depending on application, the forceps come in various lengths and shapes. Some are relatively short and straight, whilst others are longer or have a curved form for easier access to specific areas. The jaws of dressing and towel forceps are flat or smooth to avoid damage to dressings or towels. They are usually not equipped with tooth-like structures to avoid pulling threads from the dressing.
