Pharmacopoeia American and European Pharmacopoeia

The European Pharmacopoeia (EP) uses the metric system for classifying suture size, whereas the American Pharmacopoeia classifies sutures in USP. In the chart below you will find both USP and EP as well as the suture diameter range in mm. All KRUUSE Sutures comply with the requirements of USP and EP.
